Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or related industry
  • 5+ years in a leadership role (Operations Manager, General Manager, Integrator, or similar) with direct responsibility for team performance and business outcomes
  • Proven track record of building and implementing systems, processes, and SOPs in a growing company environment
  • Experience establishing and managing KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to create structured, repeatable approaches to operations and/or business development
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management within construction or design-build environments
  • Process-driven, highly organized, and naturally structured in your approach
  • Strong executor who follows through and holds others accountable
  • Comfortable implementing KPIs, systems, and performance frameworks
  • Able to bring clarity and order to a fast-paced, evolving business
  • Team-oriented and aligned with a relationship-driven, client-first culture
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a company transitioning from owner-led to systems-driven operations is highly preferred
