- The candidate must possess business acumen, and local knowledge of the construction equipment market and customers in the Charlotte, North Carolina market, that will be instrumental in creating a business plan to deliver firstly service and then sales targets for the assigned market, plus also the leadership skills to build and manage a start-up team.

- 7 - 10 years of progressive career growth and experience within a construction or allied equipment dealership
- 5- years of leadership experience within a dealer environment across sales, service, and parts
