Requirements
  • Project Managers (Heavy Civil / Highway)
  • Estimators and Project Engineers Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on civil construction, heavy highway, or infrastructure
  • Proven experience hiring in the NJ, PA, DE, and MD markets — existing candidate relationships in the region are a significant plus
  • Deep understanding of construction roles, titles, trades, and what good looks like at every level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently with little oversight
  • Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and old- fashioned networking
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with field leaders, hiring managers, and candidates alike
  • Ability to travel between offices and project sites across the tri-state/mid-Atlantic region as needed
  • Experience at a heavy civil GC, subcontractor, or construction staffing firm
  • Familiarity with construction-specific ATS or HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of prevailing wage, union vs. non-union environments, and craft classifications Compensation & Benefits
