Requirements
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing or catering environment.
  • HACCP Certification (Required)
  • PCQI – Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (Preferred)
  • Food Safety Certification (State-specific, if applicable)
  • Strong command of HACCP, ISO, GMP, SQF, and regulatory food safety systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead audits, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills
  • PCQI – Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (Preferred)
  • ISO and/or SQF training (Preferred)
  • Food Safety Certification (State-specific, if applicable)
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related field.
