- Create video, graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral for multiple channels
- Bring concepts to life—from idea through final execution Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage and optimize website and CMS platforms (Sitecore or similar)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (Pardot or similar)
- Ensure brand consistency and strong user experience across all digital touchpoints Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and mentor a small creative/marketing team
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver impactful marketing assets Analytics & Performance
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI

- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Portfolio required

- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot or similar)
- Salesforce experience for campaign tracking and reporting
