- Role Description As the Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership across all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative functions.
- You will work closely with both cosmetology students and staff to ensure an exceptional educational experience.
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing all school operations, actively participating in the student admissions and enrollment process, and directly managing students, staff, salon clients, and community partnerships.
- Additionally, you will conduct orientations, advise students, complete classroom observations, maintain student and staff records, and address any issues related to school operations.
- This position requires flexibility that may include working two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month.

Requirements
- Experience with admissions/enrollment is a must
- Management experience is required and operational management experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively lead a team, manage budgets, and achieve operational goals.

- Demonstrated ability to implement and execute established policies and procedures.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leadership roles, team management, and strategic planning.
- Operations and Compliance: Knowledge of operational processes, regulatory compliance, and industry standards in education or a related field.
- Experience with operational planning, budget management, and resource allocation
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build lasting relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs)
- Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Experience in meeting and exceeding operational goals, enrollment targets, and performance metrics.

- Experience managing accreditation and/or compliance is preferred.
