Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Intelligence within a high-growth B2B environment (SaaS or Marketplace).
  • Analytical Powerhouse: Mastery of SQL and Python.
  • You must be able to manage large-scale data in Snowflake/BigQuery and synthesize it into business-ready insights.
  • Predictive Acumen: Demonstrated experience in time-series forecasting, regression analysis, and building predictive signals (e.g., pipeline coverage and conversion trends).
  • Visualization & BI: High proficiency in Tableau or Looker.
  • You believe that if a leader has to export data to Excel to understand it, the system is broken.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Gong (Sales Engagement).
  • Business Judgment: You think like a GM.
  • You can spot the difference between a coverage issue and a deal-quality issue and recommend the right enablement or pricing change to fix it.
  • Facilitation & Influence: Extraordinary communication skills.
Preferred Skills
