Requirements
  • To Be Successful As The Marketing Operations Specialist At American Pest, You'll Have a Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Or a Related Field As Well As 2-4 Years Of Experience In Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, Or Marketing Operations.
  • A strong analytic background with an interest in interpreting marketing data
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnel and lead attribution analysis
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of self-motivation with the ability to be an adaptable, collaborative team player
  • A problem-solving mindset to ask questions and propose solutions
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and a good understanding of analytics), and Microsoft Teams (required)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Search Console (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or advanced analytics
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar platforms and Google Ad Suite preferred
