- Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth, pricing strategies, and cost optimization across payment products
- Work cross functionally within the company to develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new products, partnerships, and market opportunities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- PE Reporting: Manage the “cadence” of private equity ownership, including monthly board decks and reporting on key PE metrics like Rule 40 and EBITDA adjustments.
- Prepare reporting and analysis for senior management, board of directors and bank partners
- Provide actionable insights on key performance metrics such as transaction volumes, take rates, interchange fees, and unit economics
- Unit Economic Deep-Dives: Beyond general reporting, driving a “culture of measurement” specifically around gross-to-net revenue bridges and merchant attrition impacts.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A and market expansion
- Implement and enhance financial systems and planning tools, including Anaplan, NetSuite or other AI tools and technologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards relevant to the payments/fintech industry
- Exit Readiness: Prepare the finance function for potential liquidity events, such as a secondary sale, by ensuring robust documentation and data room readiness.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Improve forecasting accuracy and financial visibility
- Drive measurable improvements in margins and operational efficiency

The VP, Finance is accountable for the execution and management of the company’s financial planning, analysis, and operational performance for our fast-growing payments business. In this high-impact role, you will translate the CFO’s financial vision into actionable plans, leading the FP&A function to provide deep visibility. You are responsible for the integrity of budgeting and forecasting, optimizing revenue streams, and developing the financial models necessary to support scalable growth. As a strategic partner to the executive team, you will drive the analytical rigor required to evaluate new market opportunities in a dynamic fintech environment.
