- Support ongoing pricing discussions by utilizing existing frameworks, validating data, verifying pricing accuracy, and driving alignment across teams
- Provide launch operational process support including Control Tower card updates, Change Request management, pre-production ICM creation and updates, and Change Summary validations
- Facilitate the exception process when launches miss scheduled dates and assist with the meter minting process and reporting for software engineers

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a matrixed environment and can navigate ambiguity while managing multiple launch processes and stakeholder engagements. You will be deeply embedded within the team, providing essential project management support for pricing discussions, launch operations, and strategic initiatives that drive durable profit growth across cloud solutions, client offerings, and industry programs.
