- Support multiple Project Managers with project budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting
- Maintain and update project budgets within enterprise cost management and financial systems
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, spend plans, estimate-vs-actuals reporting, and cost variance analysis
- Develop and maintain time-phased baseline budgets and project breakdown structures
- Track and report KPIs, earned value metrics, and measurable cost performance outcomes
- Coordinate project meetings and support cost documentation, planning, and controls activities
- Create, track, and manage project work orders from setup through closeout
- Partner with vendors and contractors to integrate external costs into project budgets and schedules
- Support contracting, bidding, requisitions, and cost tracking workflows as needed
- Assist with SOX controls, UVL tracking, capital forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
- Maintain accurate project system records and support project governance standards
- Communicate budget status, risks, and variance updates to project teams and stakeholders

We are seeking Project Cost Analysts to support capital and infrastructure project portfolios across Ohio.
