- Own supplier engineering quality activities and serve as a key point of contact for assigned OEM suppliers.
- Lead supplier assessments, audits, and investigations to identify gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured quality methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, and reliability approaches.
- Support product and component quality across vacuum systems, actuators, bellows, flowmeters, fan filters, pneumatics, cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, pumps, and precision metrology components.
- Provide DFM/DFA feedback to improve manufacturability, assembly, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product groups, NPI, field service, global product services, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve critical escalations quickly.

- 5+ years of experience in supplier engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing/equipment environments, especially with vacuum technology .
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with experience handling quality escalations and cross-functional technical issues.
- Experience with supplier quality systems, corrective action processes, engineering documentation, product qualification, and change processes.

This role will support a broad range of suppliers across commercial off-the-shelf components, pneumatics, and complex OEM parts such as valves, pumps, and manometers, while partnering closely with multiple product groups across the company. In this position, you will help drive supplier quality excellence for semiconductor equipment, with a strong focus on vacuum systems, new product introduction, supplier audits, investigations, root cause corrective actions, and long-term process improvement . You will work cross-functionally with product development, manufacturing, field teams, and suppliers to solve technical and quality issues across the product lifecycle. What you’ll be doing
