  • In this dynamic role, you will: • Organize and manage eDiscovery, case materials, and attorney work product using specialized litigation software • Index and track key matter information, including hot documents and critical deadlines • Assist with deposition and witness preparation by organizing factual materials for attorney review • Support trial and hearing preparation and logistics • Prepare court filings, including exhibits and appendices • Proofread and perform quality control on legal documents • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, case managers, vendors, and internal staff Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5 • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, particularly for tracking and indexing data • Willingness to commit to a two-year role and work overtime as needed • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 remote) and travel when required Preferred: • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin • Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, especially with large datasets • Interest in modern technology, including artificial intelligence This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a top-tier firm while building a strong foundation for a future legal career.
