- Lead the development and execution of regional safety programs across multiple active job sites
- Promote a proactive, behavior-based safety culture aligned with company values and field operations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership on all safety-related matters Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and applicable state and federal safety regulations
- Conduct regular job site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventative actions Incident Management & Reporting
- Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and documentation
- Track and analyze safety metrics, trends, and leading indicators
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on safety data insights Training & Development
- Design and deliver safety training programs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing field education
- Support field teams in maintaining proper certifications and safety standards
- Coach and develop field safety personnel to strengthen regional capabilities Operational Partnership
- Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to embed safety into project execution

- 7+ years of progressive experience in construction or industrial safety leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations within project-based environments
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional safety operations
