- Participate in the creation of development and marketing materials, including quarterly newsletter, annual report, website and email communications, and social media posts.

Must pass Michigan State Police and FBI fingerprint criminal history background check.
Must possess a valid Michigan driver's license and maintain a responsible driving record WORK ENVIRONMENT
Full time, in person at our office in Southfield (near Northwestern Hwy. and Franklin Rd.), M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Some evening and weekends are required.
An Annual Planning Calendar indicates when these events will be for planning ahead
Occasional local travel required

Requirements
- Experience:
- At least three years of development, fundraising, event coordination, nonprofit, volunteer coordination or related experience with a track record of increased responsibility.
- Experience with:
- Publishing and photo-editing software, such as Canva
- Microsoft Office suite
- Social media platforms
- Strong administrative and time management skills with attention to detail
- A professional and resourceful style, able to work independently as a team player
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously, exceptional follow through skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with all related volunteers, committees and donors
- Writing skills to compose clear, concise and comprehensive correspondence and other written materials
