Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst works with users to provide software/application support services. May also work with users to understand clinical and business workflows, document functional requirements, execute test scripts, and perform user acceptance testing.
Our team provides comprehensive support for ambulatory and ambulatory related clinical applications used in outpatient settings, including Cadence, MyChart, Dragon, and other core Epic modules. We support the Community Division, which includes the Mass General Brigham Medical Group and community hospital outpatient departments at Newton Wellesley Hospital (NWH), Martha’s Vineyard Hospital (MVH), Salem Hospital (SLM), Wentworth Douglass Hospital (WDH), and Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH).
Essential Functions
Support and educate users on the use of clinical and complementary applications.
