- Job Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets Mode of Work - Hybrid ( 3-4 days) Location - Boston MA Business Analyst – Capital Markets We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (8–10 years) with strong domain expertise in capital markets to support the delivery of complex trading and post?trade solutions.
- The role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams across the full SDLC in an Agile environment.
- Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate complex workflows into clear functional and data requirements Analyze current processes and define future-state solutions Perform business data analysis using SQL Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams Support Agile delivery, including ceremonies, testing, UAT, and deployments Review functional designs, test cases, and solution outputs Required Skills & Experience Capital markets experience (collateral management a plus) Strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income - Bonds, derivatives) Expertise in fixed income trade lifecycle and trading platforms Hands-on experience with trade booking and execution systems Strong SQL skills and understanding of databases and ETL concepts Agile experience; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence Preferred Qualifications Experience with securities lending or repo trading Knowledge of SWIFT and FIX messaging Exposure to AWS, Databricks, or big data technologies Business Analysis or Project Management certifications About Iris Software Inc.
