- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions in Microsoft Power BI
- Develop and standardize KPIs aligned to corporate strategy and financial objectives
- Analyze performance trends and provide clear, concise insights that support operational and financial decision-making
- Ensure reporting outputs are aligned to defined business objectives and intended use
- Collaborate with IT to maintain data integrity, consistent metric definitions, and scalable reporting solutions

Based in Dallas, TX and reporting to the Director, Analytics, the Business Insights Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Finance team responsible for delivering decision-support insights across FleetPride. This role partners with leaders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Corporate functions to design and deliver meaningful performance reporting that drives action. The Business Insights Analyst translates business objectives into clear, measurable KPIs and executive-level dashboards, ensuring leaders have the visibility required to manage performance and improve results.
