- Provide clients with initial and renewal visit paperwork, including office policies and all required documentation for signature.
- Accurately schedule and reschedule appointments for both individual and group services in a timely manner.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate client profiles using electronic practice management software.
- Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and private pay client payments as needed.
- Assist with communication between clients and providers, ensuring messages and needs are relayed clearly and efficiently.
- Support prospective clients by answering questions and responding to inquiries about the practice and services offered.
- Submit medical records to requesting parties upon receipt of proper release forms and required documentation.
- Greet clients upon arrival and communicate any relevant needs to clinical staff; promptly notify providers of changes or anticipated issues with the daily schedule.

- 1 + years of front desk or receptionist experience
- Active CPR certification
- Active CPI Certification
- Computer Literacy

- Strong written and verbal communication
