- In this hybrid role, you will support accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A activities across multiple entities, with exposure to captive insurance structures.
- You will partner with sales and business stakeholders to model revenue, support budgeting and forecasting, and enhance reporting processes using Excel and QuickBooks.

- Responsibilities as the Staff Accountant:
- Financial Reporting & Close: Perform month-end close activities, prepare financial statements, and deliver variance and trend analysis.
- General Ledger & Cash Management: Maintain day-to-day GL functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and cash receipts and disbursements.
- FP&A & Business Partnering: Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders and sales teams.
- Audit & Tax Support: Assist external CPAs with audited financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory audit support.
- Systems & Improvement: Enhance reporting processes, translate financial data into insights, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
