- Enter orders into sales order processing systems, ensuring accuracy of delivery information, payment terms, and other critical order details
- Confirm all orders with customers and perform follow‑up and order clean‑up as necessary

- Interact with internal departments to support customer commitments
- Assist with business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance

Work Environment
Professional open call‑center office environment.
Occasional visits to warehouse, repair center, or other departments may be required.
Dress attire is casual but professional.
Employees must wear Radwear apparel once issued, along with a Radwell ID badge and access card.
All safety policies must be followed.

Individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
