- Underwrite investment properties, including rental rates, valuation, and capital requirements
- Build and refine underwriting assumptions across potential investments
- Develop financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, Cap Rates, Yield on Cost)
- Conduct and interpret real estate market analysis and surveys
- Track performance and economic indicators across new acquisitions
- Support due diligence processes and investment evaluations
- Analyze existing assets and provide reporting on investment activity
- Recommend improvements to investment and asset management processes
- Monitor financial and operational performance on an ongoing basis
- Adjust rental pricing based on market conditions and internal data
- Partner with internal teams and participate in investment/operations calls
- Support ad hoc projects for senior leadership Data & Analytics Focus (Critical)
- Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI (mandatory)
- Use Python (mandatory) for data analysis, automation, and modeling
- Translate large datasets into actionable insights for investment decisions
- Monitor KPIs and performance through data visualization tools
