- Own all financial reporting across DREG's domestic and international entities, including multi-currency consolidation and intercompany eliminations
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements for operating entities, development SPEs, and fund vehicles
- Oversee project-level accounting for active development deals including job cost tracking, draw management, construction loan reconciliation, and budget-to-actual variance reporting
- Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts across all entities; ensure accuracy of accruals, depreciation, amortization, and capitalized costs
- Manage investor capital accounts, preferred return tracking, waterfall calculations, and quarterly LP reporting in coordination with the investment team
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel on annual audits, K-1 preparation, and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance (federal, state, and international)
- Administer fund-level accounting for the discretionary vehicle, including capital call and distribution mechanics, NAV calculations, and management fee reconciliation
- Implement and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures appropriate for a registered PE firm operating across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor contracts, payroll, and employee expense reporting
- Oversee cash management including cash flow forecasting, bank account administration, wire approvals, and currency hedging coordination with international banking partners
- Prepare and maintain draw packages for construction and pre-development lenders; interface directly with lenders during loan administration and covenant reporting periods
- Support the investment team with financial modeling inputs, deal-level pro forma validation, and sensitivity analysis for prospective acquisitions and developments
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials including quarterly reports, capital account statements, and annual financial packages
- Lead or participate in system implementation and process improvement initiatives as the firm scales its platform Required Qualifications

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in real estate private equity, fund accounting, or development accounting
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, real estate accounting standards, and fund-level reporting

- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or comparable real estate accounting platform
- Strong command of Excel; familiarity with financial modeling
