- Solid analytical and organizational skills; ability to work under stressful seasonal demands.
- Assertive "hands on" approach with the ability to communicate and problem solve with vendors and internal clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills

Position Overview
As a key member of the site sales and management team, the Sourcing Specialist supports sales through maintaining proper inventory levels and driving the bid and quote process for the market. They also assist with expediting the order process to meet the seasonal demands of site replenishment. As the primary liaison between the corporate sourcing group and the market, this position identifies product needs, ensures on-time deliveries of incoming products, and accurately monitors order status between suppliers and the market.
