- The Property Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and general accounting for a portfolio of properties.
- The Property Accountant serves as a key financial liaison between property management teams and corporate leadership, providing advanced accounting expertise, analytical insights, and mentorship to junior accounting staff as needed.

- Manage daily cash position for assigned properties.

- Execute month-end closing financial packets for the Controller to review.
- Support the Controller in carrying out variance analyses and P/L reporting.
- Keep detailed records of accounting procedures and SOPs.
