Requirements
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting scientific, technical, manufacturing, and/or leadership roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and advanced ATS technology preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and align talent strategies to business priorities.
  • Advanced sourcing and talent mapping expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance in recruiting.
  • High level of analytical capability with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High degree of initiative, accountability, and ownership.
  • Adaptability and curiosity toward emerging HR technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • NOTE : This role requires onsite presence at our Seal Beach, CA location, minimum 4 days per week.
  • Primarily works in a standard office environment with routine use of computer and office equipment.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Finger dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and manage documentation.
  • Vision sufficient to read detailed information and use a computer monitor.
  • Hearing and verbal ability sufficient to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via video conferencing.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion (e.g., event materials or onboarding supplies).
  • May require limited exposure to temperature-controlled environments (2ºC–8ºC; -20ºC; -75ºC; -196ºC) in support of business operations.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones when necessary.
