- Own the day-to-day relationship with our marketing agency -- reviewing copy, approving messaging and creative, coordinating campaign launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Manage the marketing calendar across Google Ads, Local Service Ads, SEO, content marketing, email nurture, social media, and emerging channels
- Provide strategic direction to the agency based on conversion data from the Inbound Sales Specialist -- shift budget toward what's working, cut what isn't
- Coordinate all marketings channels through execution
- Monitor and optimize marketing spend based on performance data and ROI targets
- Existing Customer Marketing (30%)
- Build and manage automated campaign sequences in our CRM and FSM targeting our existing customer base
- Reactivation Campaigns: Automated drip sequences for unsold estimates, lost bid re-engagement, and cancelled project revival
- Expansion Campaigns: Service agreement conversion campaigns using ROI calculators and case studies; coverage expansion with equipment audit offers; multi-location outreach; cross-sell campaigns highlighting additional service categories
- Retention Campaigns: Monthly customer newsletter with safety tips, compliance updates, and maintenance advice; seasonal reminders tied to OSHA deadlines and inspection calendars
- Track engagement metrics and route warm leads to the appropriate Account Manager for relationship continuity
- Content & CRM Management (20%)
- Manage CRM hygiene, contact segmentation, lifecycle stages, and automated workflows
- Coordinate content creation -- case studies, safety guides, compliance resources, equipment spotlights -- with internal subject matter experts and agency partners
- Maintain the marketing asset library: templates, collateral, presentations, sales enablement tools
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion paths on the NES website
- Ensure data integrity between systems for accurate customer segmentation and campaign targeting
- Analytics & Reporting (15%)
- Track marketing ROI across all channels with clear attribution from lead to deal
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards covering cost per lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion, channel effectiveness, and campaign performance
- Deliver monthly marketing performance reports for leadership -- what's working, what's not, where to invest next
- Identify optimization opportunities: underperforming channels to cut, high-performing campaigns to scale, new channels to test
- Monitor competitive marketing activity and industry trends relevant to our industry
