Responsibilities
On the Associate role at LinkedIn in San Francisco, you’ll contribute to strategy development within a defined scope, pressure-test growth opportunities, and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to evaluate initiatives and support financial guidance for new products. You’ll operationalize ideas, develop and refine financial models, KPIs, and tracking frameworks, synthesize and analyze cross-platform data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence decisions and support performance management. You’ll also develop standard processes, identify obstacles, support experiment design to address deviations from targets, and actively contribute to LinkedIn’s culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and feedback.
Commitments
This role is hybrid and based in either San Francisco or Mountain View, CA, with location and compensation varying by geography. - Collaborates with product, engineering, and data science teams to understand business drivers and evaluate strategic initiatives, including supporting financial guidance for new product launches.

- Supports collaborative relationships with other teams and utilizes input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

- Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends, and variance insights) to management and cross-functional stakeholders with the necessary business context.
- Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with some guidance.
- Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.

- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with some supervision.
