- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in partnership with the President and Marketing leadership.
- Establish and monitor sales targets, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular reporting and sales performance insights to company leadership.

- Attend conferences and industry events to generate new business opportunities and promote JobsEQ solutions.
- Partner with Client Relationship Managers to identify and pursue upsell opportunities and drive client usage and satisfaction.
- Prospect potential clients via email, phone, and industry engagement.
- Operational Oversight
- Maintain organization and reporting within Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Technical Sales & Services team.
- Oversee contract and order form processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and initiatives targeting prospects and existing clients.
- Participate in internal initiatives such as pricing committees and strategic planning meetings.
- Perform regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

The Director of Sales serves as the senior sales leader for the organization and is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the Technical Sales & Services team, and executing the company’s sales strategy. Reporting directly to the President, this role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on engagement in the sales process.
