Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development, brokerage, or asset management
- Foundational financial modeling skills in Excel, including familiarity with cash flow, IRR, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling
- Basic knowledge of real estate valuation, capital markets, and investment principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Argus Enterprise, CoStar, LoopNet, or other industry software is a plus
Education

Based in Raleigh, NC, the Junior Analyst will play a supporting role in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management activities. This individual will assist with financial modeling, market research, and due diligence, while contributing to investment committee materials under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate brings relevant real estate experience, foundational technical skills, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. This role will report to the Senior Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
