Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in yield management, data evaluation/analysis, ad operations, revenue strategy, or ad tech analytics.
  • Deep fluency in media math — impressions, CPMs, pacing, budgets, forecasting, and delivery mechanics.
  • Expertise in aggregating and analyzing data into actionable insights for cross-departmental applications.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and supply-side optimization.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools — including LLMs or gen AI platforms — to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, or accelerate operational decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven yield or pricing optimization concepts, with a curiosity to push further as the tooling evolves.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortability in crafting and articulating the data story at all levels of the company.
  • Extensive real-world experience developing and refining advanced AI prompts.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can translate complex performance data into clear recommendations and action.
  • A high-horsepower, proactive mindset with a bias toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with DOOH, CTV, or multi-channel media inventory (bonus if both).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven yield or pricing optimization concepts, with a curiosity to push further as the tooling evolves.
