- The Construction Administrative Assistant plays a critical role supporting Tasman’s Construction Department through a blend of office administration, project support, and job cost accounting.
- This position supports project teams from startup through closeout and serves as a primary point of contact for office visitors, vendors, and internal staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, creating a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage daily office operations, including ordering office and field supplies
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Support internal communications and office process improvements

- Prepare and submit monthly client billings
- Track daily time for direct and indirect staff
- Prepare daily Labor, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) reports
- Create job cost reports and assist with budget tracking
- Manage and maintain multiple spreadsheets and logs
- Enter equipment units and project data into NetSuite
- Review monthly invoices against LEM reports for accuracy
- Support procurement activities and vendor coordination
- Assist with project startup and closeout documentation
- Ensure field notes, reports, and compliance documentation are saved properly

This position will require the individual to normally work 5 days a week either at our remote office at in Commerce City, CO or HQ office in Wheat Ridge, CO.
Sit or stand for extended periods
Regular use of hands for keyboarding and handling materials
Occasional lifting of office or field materials up to 30 pounds
Standing or walking for short periods throughout the day
Schedule
Full-time
Monday – Friday, typically between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasional evening or weekend work based on project needs
Start and end times may vary depending on workload
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass drug screening - to include marijuana
