- Schedule invoices for ACH payment or print manual checks for mailing
- Supporting accounts receivable by preparing cash/check deposits, creating entries for cash & credit card
- Complete monthly sales tax report and semi-annual reimbursement request
- Assist with annual audit and 990 preparations
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online Advanced.
- Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and managing financial transactions.
- The role also includes using accounting software to maintain financial records and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced and Excel spreadsheets is essential.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online Advanced.
- Proficiency in Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping
- Experience with Financial Statements and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
