Responsibilities
On the data science team at 24-MAG, you'll apply advanced data science and analytical expertise—grounded in both academic training and real-world experience—to tackle complex quantitative, scientific, and computational problems. You will work with modern cloud-based data and machine learning tools to support large-scale analysis, modeling, and experimentation, balancing analytical depth with practical execution. You’ll contribute cross-domain technical judgment from areas such as quant trading, bioinformatics, astrophysics, or applied computational mathematics to support rigorous, high-impact projects that demand strong reasoning, modeling, data interpretation, and high standards of quality and precision.
Commitments
This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and weekly payments via Stripe or Wise. Project durations may change based on project needs and performance, and the work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. 24-MAG is currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
