Conduct testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment to minimize equipment failures and corrective maintenance.

Perform varied maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in Residential Halls, Academic buildings, and Residential Properties to get them prepared for occupancy.
