What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers across multiple locations Own client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Oversee project portfolio financials ( budgets, accruals, billing ) Support project pipeline growth within existing accounts Drive team performance, engagement, and process improvements What They’re Looking For 10+ years in construction project management Experience managing Project Managers or teams Strong client-facing / relationship management skills Solid understanding of project financials (budgets, billing, etc.) Background in construction, MEP, facilities, or capital projects
