Responsibilities
- As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing customer scopes, technician field notes, and creating project budgets for repair and maintenance projects.
- Review customer scopes and technician field notes to create accurate project budgets.
- Estimate costs for repair/maintenance projects including but not limited to drywall, plumbing, electrical, and commercial remodeling.
- Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely follow-up.
- Be on-call during weekends to address any urgent project needs.
- Order and track supplies and materials for projects.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ensure efficient workflow by managing project schedules and timelines.
- Maintain organization and time management to meet deadlines.
