Responsibilities
- Instead, it sits at the intersection of investments, operations, and governance — focused on ensuring private credit products are structurally sound, operationally ready, and built to scale from day one.
- The remit spans the full product lifecycle.
- You’ll be deeply involved in new strategy and vehicle design, reviewing fund structures, governing documents, and regulatory filings, and partnering with internal teams to ensure consistency across accounting, reporting, and operational frameworks.
- You’ll act as a subject-matter expert for private credit, reviewing monthly NAVs and financial statements, diagnosing issues when they arise, and providing senior-level judgement on complex accounting or reporting matters.
- This is a strategic, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and fund boards, and meaningful influence over how the platform evolves.
- This role is well suited for someone who enjoys operating with autonomy, engaging at a senior level, and contributing to growth and change rather than simply running BAU processes.
- Over time, there is scope to broaden exposure across the organization and rotate into other areas as the platform continues to expand.
