The Opportunity: The Senior FP&A Operations Analyst plays a high-impact role in a private equity–backed, tech-enabled SaaS and services organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive ARR growth, improve service profitability, and deliver actionable insights that fuel value creation and EBITDA expansion. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and data, combining rigorous financial planning with deep operational analytics. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, helping scale financial processes while influencing key business decisions. This is a hybrid role based in our Denver office, with in-office collaboration required two days per week. About You You are a highly analytical, curious, and proactive finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You don’t just report numbers—you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and influence better decisions. You are equally comfortable building complex models, digging into large datasets, and presenting clear, concise insights to senior leadership. You enjoy working in ambiguity, building in “white space,” and continuously improving how things are done. You bring a strong sense of ownership, a bias toward action, and the ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking. You are a trusted partner to stakeholders and operate with both rigor and business acumen. We are committed to investing in your development and are looking for someone who will invest in OrthoFi—helping us achieve our mission of supporting one million smiles a year.
