Requirements
  • Experience providing Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT support in a professional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished and articulate
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing partners
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11
  • Exposure to Active Directory / Entra ID (permissions, security groups)
  • Experience supporting hardware, software, iOS, and PC environments
  • Customer-service oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Delivering white‑glove, concierge‑level IT support to internal users
  • Handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk requests
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and systems
  • Supporting Windows and Mac environments, hardware, and mobile devices
  • Managing Active Directory / Entra ID permissions and security groups
  • Maintaining the IT stock room and inventory
