- This role is highly hands-on, focused on analyzing conversion, retention, churn, and lifetime value using large-scale datasets.
- Perform deep-dive analysis across subscriber lifecycle metrics (conversion, churn, retention, LTV)
- Write complex SQL queries across subscription, transaction, and engagement datasets
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track performance and trends
- Identify key drivers of subscriber behavior and revenue performance
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support data preparation for advanced analytics and modeling initiatives
- Validate and reconcile datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify gaps in data and recommend improvements to analytics processes Nice to Have
- Python for data analysis or modeling support
