- Role Summary Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for InMobi Advertising and Glance by owning full funnel optimization and scalable lead generation programs.
- This role is responsible for designing and executing multichannel growth strategies—across paid, owned, and earned channels—to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and maximize marketing ROI.
- You will build high-performance acquisition systems including landing pages, nurture journeys, scoring models, attribution frameworks, and analytics dashboards that directly contribute to revenue.
- Lead the strategy and execution of full funnel growth marketing programs to drive MQLs and revenue for InMobi Advertising and Glance.
- Develop scalable demand generation initiatives across paid, organic, email, partnerships, and content-led channels.
- Continuously optimize funnel conversion at every stage from awareness → acquisition → activation → pipeline.
- Paid & Organic Channel Strategy
- Manage performance across paid channels including search, social, display, retargeting , and programmatic.
- Drive organic growth via SEO, content partnerships, email automation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Test new channels, formats, and audiences to identify high ROI growth opportunities.
- Lead Capture, Nurture & Marketing Automation
- Build, optimize, and scale lead capture funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Develop multitouch nurture sequences tailored to persona, industry, or buying stage.
- Implement and maintain rigorous lead scoring, segmentation, and routing systems in partnership with Sales.
- Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
- Set up and manage tracking infrastructure across all paid and organic channels.
- Build attribution models and performance dashboards to understand channel contribution and ROI.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for faster and more efficient lead + revenue growth.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Operations, and Regional GTM teams to align on targets and priorities.
- Optimize the MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Win funnel through shared accountability with Sales.
- Ensure all demand gen initiatives are aligned to business objectives and market priorities.

Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in running multichannel paid campaigns (search, social, display).
- Handson experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and attribution tools.
- Clear track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to pipeline/revenue goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel analytics.
Preferred Skills
