  • You're a great fit if you're pursuing a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, on track to graduate Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, and excited to bridge the gap between customer insights and scalable AI-powered workflows inside a fast-moving sales environment.
  • You'll work from home with the flexibility of a remote role, coming together with teammates and leaders once or twice a week at a Dallas WeWork location.
  • Residing in the Dallas, Texas area.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, or go-to-market workflows — through coursework, internships, or personal interest
  • Systems thinking: Ability to map a business problem into a structured process or workflow design
  • Data fluency: Comfortable working with data — whether in Excel, SQL, a CRM, or a BI tool — to draw insights and support decisions
  • AI curiosity: Exposure to or strong interest in applying AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to automate and improve business workflows
  • Communication: Exceptionally clear communicator — able to translate technical outputs into language sales teams can act on, in writing and in person
  • Work style: Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams with minimal hand-holding
  • AI mindset: Willing to explore, experiment with, and build using AI tools as a core part of your workflow
Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Exposure to project management or workflow tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar)

  • Prior internship or coursework in sales operations, revenue operations, or business process improvement
Education
  • (Not required) – We're looking for two curious, driven university students — one with a Computer Science background and one from MIS or Business background — to collaborate on building an AI-assisted workflow that accelerates our sales cycle.
