3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Finance
Have a working knowledge of abstracts , leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, and other related documents
Corporate finance experience, including forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of attention to detail
High Proficiency with ARGUS and Excel
Excellent communicator with effective and persuasive negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
Experience interacting with lenders, construction, leasing and financing is preferred .
