Requirements
  • 8–15 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions and engineered systems.
  • Experience building or leading sales teams and establishing scalable sales processes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead consultative conversations with technical and operational leaders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Focus on accountability and execution.
  • Experience in thermal processing, heat treating, industrial furnace systems, instrumentation or calibration services.
  • Background selling into regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense and medical device manufacturing.
  • Engineering or technical education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling solutions tied to compliance standards such as AMS2750, Nadcap or ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by:
  • 20–30% year-over-year growth in engineered solutions and compliance services
  • Expansion into 2–3 new industry sectors within 12–18 months
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Education
