- Oversee all assigned hospital accounts within the territory
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual scope and performance KPIs
- Implement regional strategic plans and operational initiatives
- Conduct site visits, audits, and quarterly business reviews
- Support new business start-ups and account transitions

- Review financial statements and weekly operating reports
- Identify and manage capital requirements
- Support sales pricing, renewals, and retention strategy

- Maintain executive-level client relationships across health systems
