Requirements
  • 10+ years of Sales experience, with a strong background in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong familiarity with digital technologies, particularly in industries such as Hotel and Cruise Lines.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to source new business opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience in presenting to high-level stakeholders, including CXOs.
  • Experience with escalation management, resolving complex issues and ensuring timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical expertise into actionable business solutions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Proven ability to create proposals, bring proactive ideas to the table, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Self-driven, determined, and flexible, with the ability to wear multiple hats and balance strategic client management with project delivery.
Preferred Skills
  • Location preference is Orlando, but candidates from nearby areas within a 1–2- hour drive will also be considered.
  • We are open to candidates with a pure farmer background who excel in account management and client retention.
  • Delivery background or experience that has transitioned from being a Program Manager to a client-facing role.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality domain, especially those with exposure to Finance and Enterprise Apps (e.g., vacation management, Oracle, SAP) and Digital Technologies.
