- Market Research & Target Screening: Support research activities to help identify potential acquisition targets and compile target lists based on defined criteria.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial models and simple valuations to assess the financial health and strategic fit of acquisition prospects.
- Support in developing acquisition strategies: Support the design of transaction structures, collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute insights and analysis that inform acquisition approaches aligned with global standards and Yum! strategic priorities. - Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with teams across Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations to support transaction workstreams.

Requirements
- Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes.
- Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Proficiency in Spanish a plus.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Analyst/ Finance Manager to support the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives within our Development department for Latin America.
