- Own execution of labels and packaging across all categories and regions
- Drive alignment between Manufacturing partners and external vendor (Rudholm) to ensure readiness for production
- Act as the central point of coordination across 100+ manufacturing partners
- Compliance, PO Approval & Production Readiness
- Review and check packaging and label accuracy in the Rudholm (and other packaging) vendor portals before production begins
- Validate that all required label and packaging assets are correct, complete, and compliant
- Ensure zero outdated or incorrect label usage at factory level
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Work directly with manufacturing partners to ensure correct implementation of labels and packaging
- Reduce back-and-forth by enforcing structured inputs and clear requirements
- QA, Tracking & Issue Management
- Maintain rigorous tracking for label and packaging status across all POs
- Partner with QA to ensure label accuracy and prevent inspection failures
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps and resolve before production impact What Success Looks Like
- By the end of the 16 week contract, you will have:
- Ensured 100% of POs are approved with compliant labels and packaging prior to production
- Established a clear tracking and approval reporting across all vendors and regions
- Eliminated use of outdated or incorrect label templates across factories

Product Labels & Packaging Program Manager (16 Week Contract)
Overview
We are hiring a temporary Product Labels & Packaging Program Manager (16 weeks) to lead and stabilize label and packaging execution during a critical international launch production window. This role will ensure all purchase orders (POs) placed across our global manufacturing base are compliant, accurate, and production-ready as we scale new and replacement POs.
This person will operate at the center of a highly cross-functional ecosystem, partnering with Sourcing, Product Development, QA, Creative, external label partners, and 100+ manufacturing partners across the US, Canada, UK, and EU.
