Requirements
  • Contribute to business unit planning and continuous process improvement Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development within the HVAC / commercial mechanical industry
  • Strong ability to walk job sites and accurately scope and bid projects
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing service/project work
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
  • Experience with estimating, conceptual budgeting, and proposal development
  • Strong understanding of financial models including:
  • Fixed price
  • Unit rate / unit price contracting
  • Excellent relationship-building and client-facing skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and planning abilities

  • Strong network within the commercial construction/mechanical space
  • Ability to turn minimal information into actionable project budgets
